Sr. UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Job Overview: - We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, combined with a strong understanding of user interface design principles. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience. Job Location: Onsite (Surat, Gujarat) Responsibilities: - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Must have worked on user stories and information architecture. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets. Build page navigation buttons and search fields. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness). Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Stick fast to style standards on fonts, colors and images. Required skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
