Job Description

You will be responsible for meeting Sales & Development targets by effectively implementing area sales plans and developing sales forecasts based on trends. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing channel sales strategy for the assigned geography - Defining allocation of sales targets to different territories - Planning and achieving distribution expansion as per budget plans - Ensuring timely settlement of distributor claims - Implementing sales strategy through analysis of market data - Developing distribution strategy in line with changing channel mix - Tracking availability and performance of manpower at Distribution Centers - Executing distributor MIS packages and ensuring compliance - Building trust and relationship with Modern Trade and Company - Working closely with Regional Trade Marketing/Key Account teams - Executing promotions and activities in Key Accounts - Planning for new product launches based on category understanding In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Education: Graduate Must, MBA preferable - Experience: 3-5 years in General Trade from FMCG industry - Good understanding of MS Excel and ability to read and understand data,
