We are looking to engage your services to identify and recruit a qualified Tender Executive for our organization. The position details are as follows:

Position: Tender Executive
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview:
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting compliant documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking tender outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify tender opportunities relevant to the company’s business objectives.
• Analyse tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and submit tender documents within timelines.
• Liaise with external agencies as necessary to gather required inputs.
• Review tender terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies.
• Maintain a database of tender submissions and results.
• Support in developing tender strategies and pricing models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing tender processes in a corporate environment.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in online tender platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
