Position: Tender Executive (Infra Projects)
Location: [ New Town, Kolkata , west Bengal]
Experience: 2–5 years (Tendering/Procurement documentation)
CTC: Negotiable (as per experience)
Urgent Requirement
Responsibilities:
Search and track Govt. tenders relevant to company projects.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and BOQ.
Prepare technical & financial bid documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Purchase) for EMD, BG, and pricing.
Submit online bids on Govt. portals and maintain proper records.
Support management in clarifications and maintain MIS reports.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Govt. e-procurement portals.
Good understanding of BOQ & tender clauses.
Documentation accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office, PDF tools.
Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
