Job Title:- Senior sales Executive – Industrial Private & govt. Sector (Sales in water treatment industry.)
Location: Kolkata.
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 3+ years in Industrial, & govt. Sector sales coordination in the Water Treatment Industry.
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:-

• 3–6 years of experience in sales, govt. sales coordination in the water treatment industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of STP, ETP, RO, WTP, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with government e-tendering sales coordination.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate water treatment solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline.
• Managing key client relationships in the industrial and private sector.
• Stay updated on market trends, government regulations, and competitor activities in the water treatment industry.
• Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions with potential clients.
• Coordinate with Govt. tender client for new projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• 2–4 years of sales experience in the water treatment or similar technical industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• MBA in Marketing / BBA. or bachelor’s degree in related field.
