Area(s) of responsibility

Senior Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets.
Implement best practices in data visualization and user experience.
Integrate Tableau with various data sources including SQL Server, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and cloud platforms.
Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to Tableau governance and standards.
Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and BI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Tableau development with a strong portfolio of dashboards.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling.
Expertise in Tableau Prep, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Extensions
