Sr Technical Consultant - Cloud

As a Sr. Technical Consultant - Cloud at Blue Yonder, you'll be part of the customer success team responsible for implementing and supporting projects. With a background in Supply chain and deep knowledge of industry best practices, you'll collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Your role as a Shared Services Lead will be crucial in the customer implementation lifecycle. You will oversee Cloud-related activities to support timely project implementation, highlighting risks proactively and escalating issues to leadership when necessary to prevent delivery delays. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve cases within SLA/OLA timelines. - Possess basic knowledge of Cloud Azure and infrastructure concepts. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively address issues. - Adhere to Cloud policies, procedures, methodologies, and quality standards. - Escalate issues that may impact project timelines. - Work with Shift leads to resolve project issues, escalating as needed. - Provide regular communication and status updates to internal stakeholders and customers. - Keep Consulting informed about ongoing issues, providing frequent updates. - Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. - Be available for off-hours support and work flexible hours as needed. - Preferably have knowledge of the ITIL framework. Primary KPIs: - Coordinate with Cross-Functional teams for timely resolution. - Liaison between Project and support teams for seamless project transitions. - Efficient management of Technical upgrade projects with customers. - Achieve NPS / CSAT scores for Technical upgrades. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in Software development and support. - Customer-facing skillset preferred. - Strong communication and escalation management skills. - Knowledge of ITIL framework is advantageous. - Supply chain knowledge is a plus. - Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies.
