This is an operational responsible for day-to-day management of workplace operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facility upkeep
Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Physical Security
Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work -Preventive Maintenance, Power, UPS, PAC, HVAC
Issuing I-Cards, Visitor Passes and Access Cards to the employees and visitors.
Handling Comprehensive Security, Access Control, Anti-Sabotage Check, Electronic Counter Measures etc.
Adherence to the safety, OHSAS, and EMS policies
Daily power consumptions reports/reading logbook maintenance.
Weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS report generations on power consumption, travel, workplace support.
Capacity upgrade activities
Co-ordination during hospitality related arrangements like Client visits, Employee Engagements, Awards ceremony, and large conferences, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Billing, Payments
