Role Overview: You will be joining a collaborative and inclusive team culture as a Senior Talent Advisor - University Program based in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will drive and shape the university program, implement creative initiatives, develop relationships with top colleges, and ensure strategic hiring aligns with organizational goals. Your work setup will be hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week and involving travel for university relations and recruitment events. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct university recruitment for engineering, tech support, and professional services roles, managing 150-200 interns and 100 fresh graduates annually. - Conceptualize and implement creative university program initiatives to engage with top colleges, students, and interns. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with top engineering colleges and business schools to enhance employer branding and attract talent. - Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure strategic hiring aligns with organizational goals. - Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, drive improvements, and support decision-making processes. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of overall recruitment experience, with a focus of 2 years on University Recruitment within a product development company. - Demonstrated experience in managing 2-4 full hiring cycles for 150-200 interns and 100 fresh graduates annually. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with top engineering colleges and business schools. - Expertise in employer branding strategies. - Creative problem-solving skills with exceptional analytical and presentation abilities. - High energy levels, effective communication skills (both oral and written), and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team culture to contribute to cross-collaboration efforts.,
