Job Description

A. Skills & Technologies

Mandatory:

System Design & Commissioning:

Configuration & commissioning of
Servo Drives, VFDs & Inverters
Motion Control programming
in PLCs for Servo/VFDs
PLC-based
Robotic programming
(Drive Groups, Multi-Axes)
Experience in
machine automation
and
turnkey project commissioning
(including FAT & SAT)

Testing of Safety Applications:

Hands-on with
Safety PLCs
, Functional Safety for
Servo Drives / VFDs / Inverters
Proficient in Safety Fieldbus protocols (e.g.,
PROFISafe, FailSafe Over EtherCAT, SafetyBus p, CIP Safety
)
Programming of
Safety devices
like relays, light curtains, emergency switches using:

Rockwell GuardLogix
Siemens Failsafe Controllers
Pilz, Schmersal
, etc.

Desirable:

Experience in
manual testing of desktop & web apps
Knowledge of
software test lifecycle
Understanding of
IEC 61508 / ISO 13849 Safety Lifecycle
Familiarity with
OPCUA Communication
Test planning, test case creation & execution
