Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Supervise daily center activities, including equipment setup, maintenance, and safety protocols. Ensure TIG/MIG machines and robotic welding arms are operational, calibrated, and maintained per manufacturer guidelines. Manage inventory of welding consumables, tools, and safety gear. - Training Delivery & Quality Assurance: Lead hands-on training sessions on manual (TIG/MIG) and robotic welding techniques aligned with ACDRI certification requirements.
