Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma/Degree in Welding Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field. AWS/CWI or equivalent welding certifications (mandatory). Experience: 5+ years in welding operations, including expertise with Fronius TIG/MIG systems and robotic welding arms. 2+ years in a supervisory role (training/industrial environment preferred). Proven experience in curriculum delivery for technical skilling programs. Technical Skills: Mastery of TIG/MIG welding techniques and robotic programming. Ability to troubleshoot/maintain Fronius welding equipment. Proficiency in welding software (e.g., WeldCloud, Robotic OS). Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
