The candidate must have 8+ years in a senior system engineer role, with a focus and expertise in: Key Responsibilities Design and implement reliable, high-performance IT systems, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. Lead or participate in infrastructure deployment projects, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability. Perform advanced system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and applications. Oversee regular updates, patching, and backup procedures to maintain system security and integrity. Ensure optimal system performance, conducting tuning, load balancing, and resource optimization. Required Skills Strong expertise in system engineering and administration, including Linux and/or Windows Server. Proficiency in virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet). In-depth understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and Protocol levels. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
