Sr. System Engineer (Implementation Team)

As a Senior System Engineer, your role involves designing and implementing reliable, high-performance IT systems covering servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. You will lead or participate in infrastructure deployment projects to ensure quality, performance, and scalability. Your responsibilities also include performing advanced system administration tasks such as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and applications. It will be your duty to oversee regular updates, patching, and backup procedures to maintain system security and integrity. Your expertise is crucial in ensuring optimal system performance through tuning, load balancing, and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement reliable, high-performance IT systems, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. - Lead or participate in infrastructure deployment projects, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability. - Perform advanced system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and applications. - Oversee regular updates, patching, and backup procedures to maintain system security and integrity. - Ensure optimal system performance, conducting tuning, load balancing, and resource optimization. Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in system engineering and administration, including Linux and/or Windows Server. - Proficiency in virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms. - Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior system engineer role, with a focus and expertise. - Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet). - In-depth understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and Protocol levels. If you possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, MCSE, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator), it will be considered a plus.,
