Job Summary

Job Title: Exchange Online Administrator Location: TechM Hyd HIC SEZ U4T2(G 3F) Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Exchange Online Administrator to join our support function team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office 365 administration, with proven experience in managing and troubleshooting email infrastructure. This role requires leadership skills to mentor a team of IT professionals while ensuring the stability and security of our email services. Responsibilities Lead a team of at least 5 members, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Administer and troubleshoot on premise Exchange and Office 365 services, including Email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business. Monitor, administer, and provide L1/L2/L3 support for email infrastructure across multiple environments and time zones. Manage incident resolution for critical issues related to email and mobility infrastructure, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Oversee Exchange Load Balancer and manage email gateways such as ProofPoint. Implement configuration changes within defined maintenance schedules, including OS and application updates. Perform administrative tasks such as setting up mailboxes, site collections, and device enrollments. Support knowledge management initiatives by creating SOPs and KBs for the Known Error Database. Stay updated with the latest features and solutions for supported products and upskill as necessary. Ensure 24x7 availability and participate in rotational shifts. Mandatory Skills Strong knowledge and experience in Office 365 administration, management, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Exchange Online and on premise Exchange environments. Experience with email security protocols and technologies. Ability to lead and mentor a technical team effectively. Familiarity with ITIL4 and Six Sigma concepts. Preferred Skills Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks. Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and OneDrive for Business. Understanding of email gateway management, specifically with ProofPoint. Experience in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of relevant experience in Exchange and Office 365 administration. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
