Sr Staff Program Manager

We are looking for an organized and analytical Sr. Staff Program manager to join us in IT function. He/She will wear multiple hats – Project manager, Business analyst , PMO specialist -  and support strategic digital transformation initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure project governance and reporting excellence. This position requires a strong understanding of business analysis techniques and project management frameworks, with a focus on delivering value through structured execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project manager for digital transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
• Conduct data analysis, root cause analysis, and business case development.
• Support solution design, testing, and user acceptance processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to validate requirements.

PMO Support

• Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting across the project portfolio.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards and methodologies.
• Support resource planning, budgeting, and change control processes.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field – Operations management background will be an added plus
• 10 years+ of experience in business analysis and/or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Service Now, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience working in a centralized PMO or enterprise project environment.
• Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
