Job Description

Sr, Staff Program manager to join us. He/She will wear multiple hats Project manager, Business analyst , PMO specialist - and support strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure project governance and reporting excellence. This position requires a strong understanding of business analysis techniques and project management frameworks, with a focus on delivering value through structured execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
Conduct data analysis, root cause analysis, and business case development.
Support solution design, testing, and user acceptance processes.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to validate requirements.

PMO Support

Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting across the project portfolio.
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure adherence to project governance standards and methodologies.
Support resource planning, budgeting, and change control processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field Operations management background will be an added plus
4+ years of experience in business analysis and/or project coordination.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Service Now, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.
Experience working in a centralized PMO or enterprise project environment.
Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
