Job Description

The Senior, Talent Systems & Operations will oversee the daily operations of iCIMS Talent IT systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and scalability for the global workforce. This role involves managing system, reporting, and administration support for HR Cloud applications, including HRIS, Freshservice, and iCIMS Talent Cloud technology. By focusing on simplification, employee experience, globalization, and workflow automation, you will contribute to enhancing efficiency and scalability for Talent across the organization. Reporting to the HRSD Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence within the Talent Systems & Operations team. Partnering with IT and internal stakeholders, you will collaborate on developing, testing, and implementing new modules and technologies based on business requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, system configuration, workflow automation, integration, troubleshooting, and daily administration of all Talent systems. Evaluating current systems and utilization, you will identify opportunities for training, customization, and enhancements to optimize the value of HRIS applications. As the Primary Talent System Administrator, you will provide end-user support, ensure system adoption, and streamline HR processes through technology. You will also lead efforts to improve and automate Talent processes, oversee system specifications, development, and implementation, and ensure the quality and timeliness of Talent information retrieved from systems. Collaborating with IT and Corporate Technology Security teams, you will work on projects related to Talent systems applications, change management, testing, implementation, and system integrations. Furthermore, you will integrate acquired companies into Talent systems, prioritize technical HR system initiatives, manage operational maintenance of HR systems, own HR reporting and data analytics, and develop custom reporting and dashboards for the executive team. Your role will involve building self-service capabilities for managers and employees, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, complying with system governance processes, preparing documentation, and providing project coordination and support for the HR team. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Talent Systems, a bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, and knowledge of Workday. Experience with HRIS, Cornerstone, and ServiceNow is preferred, along with previous experience as an iCIMS ATS system administrator. Strong technical and functional knowledge of HCM systems, change management skills, and the ability to communicate technical details to end users are essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, prioritization, collaboration, and project management skills, along with a strong business acumen and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience in integrations, advanced compensation, and performance management modules.
