SR. SPECIALIST, GLOBAL STRATEGY & OPS (GSO)

As a Reporting & Analytics Sr. Associate (GSO) at Bain & Company's Gurugram GBS office, you will be a part of the Global Strategy & Operations team, supporting firm leadership in competitive intelligence and benchmarking projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring timely and high-quality analysis, providing coaching to junior team members, and effectively communicating with senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include data gathering, analysis, and synthesis to produce key insights for stakeholders. You will also be involved in problem-solving, hypothesis generation, and work planning, applying technical expertise in Data Visualization and Data Analysis tools such as Alteryx and Tableau. Additionally, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring zero-defect deliverables, and overseeing the production of research reports and dashboards. As a senior member of the team, you will lead work-planning for assigned projects, monitor workload, and resolve overloads. Your role will also involve coaching and training the team on tools and processes to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation. Qualifications for this position include a first-class undergraduate/postgraduate degree from a leading college, along with 6-8 years of relevant experience working with large multinational organizations or 4-6 years for postgraduates. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, good data interpretation skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. You should also have a working knowledge of data analytics software like Alteryx and Python, along with a passion for automation of processes and reporting. The ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines will be key to excelling in this position.,
