The role of Senior Solutions Architect at Nokia is integral to the Technology and Services Portfolio team. You will be responsible for creating business cases and developing end-to-end designs for complex solutions. Your ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into engineering deliverables will be crucial in designing effective solutions. From the initial conceptual phase to deployment, you will work closely with internal business teams as a trusted advisor. Your expertise will play a vital role in specifying and adapting solutions to ensure optimal performance and success. As a member of the Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Services team at Nokia, you will be part of a team that is redefining IT and shaping the future of Nokia and our digital and data center optimization transformation. You will work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams on the implementation of enterprise cloud and data center products, services, and solutions. Additionally, you will identify and implement solutions to create business opportunities to expand and optimize Nokia's enterprise cloud and data center ecosystem. You will engage with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors for detailed design discussions, prepare designs and documentation covering all aspects of a solution, and support project teams in reviewing project schedules and technical risks. Key Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field of study. - Experience in a large enterprise environment (preferred). - Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud service providers. - Google Professional Cloud Architect and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (preferred). - 10+ years of experience as an IT Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or a similar role. - Deep understanding of the latest technology solutions from partners and vendors. - Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices. - Knowledge in cost optimization techniques and ways to automate for optimal footprint. Desired Skills: - Practical knowledge of automation, distributed systems, operations, security concepts, network concepts, database, cloud technologies, and data center management. - Ability to operate autonomously, take end-to-end ownership, and execute on multiple concurrent initiatives. - Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements. - Experience with industry frameworks and methodologies including ITIL, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps. - Previous experience in AI Automation is a plus.
