Sr. Solution Architect

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the lead functional consultant for Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems solution implementations, your core responsibilities revolve around designing best-in-class solutions using a suite of products in the Transportation Management space. You will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of the final solution by collaborating with key stakeholders such as customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Transportation Management software solutions for customers, adhering to industry best practices and process methodologies. - Apply domain knowledge to understand how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured to meet customer requirements and business processes effectively. - Lead solution design ensuring clear construct, validation tasks, and timeline. - Guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases for a seamless transition to steady-state associates. - Ensure the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements for successful time-to-value and customer satisfaction. - Identify business needs outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, and highlight incremental revenue opportunities. - Communicate business cases to relevant stakeholders regarding customer-specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements. **Qualifications Required:** - 10 to 16 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain. - Minimum 5 years of specific experience working with Blue Yonder's Transportation Management Systems. - Experience in software development life cycle and end-to-end IT project implementations, being a core member of at least 3 IT projects. - Experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, Manhattan, or SAP is a plus. - Previous experience in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center is preferred.
