Job Title: SAP ABAP RICEF Software Tester Location: TechM Hyd HIC SEZ U4T2(G 3F) Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP RICEF Software Tester with 5 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP and a proven track record in software testing, specifically focusing on RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms). This role requires a detail oriented individual who can analyze requirements, develop test cases, and ensure the quality of SAP solutions. Responsibilities: Analyze high level requirements and translate them into detailed test cases for SAP ABAP RICEF components. Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test scripts for various SAP modules. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand functional specifications and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution. Perform regression testing and validate fixes to ensure that they meet the specified requirements. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress and issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in software testing. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming. Proven experience in software testing, specifically for RICEF components. Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FI. Knowledge of automated testing tools. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience in performance testing and load testing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development and software testing. Certifications in SAP or software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
