Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Required :

5+ years of industry experience, primarily in technology-driven organizations, with a preference for start-up environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with large-scale datasets (tens of millions of documents) and designing highly scalable, highly available system architectures.
Experience working with in-memory caches (e.g., Redis) and distributed NoSQL data stores such as Elasticsearch, Cassandra, HBase, or MongoDB.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Scala (preferred).
Proven ability to work with complex business workflows and handle large volumes of data.
Experience in building microservices and distributed systems; skilled in writing modular, maintainable, secure, and testable code.
Involved in system configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring.
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, with expertise in object-oriented design, multi-threaded architectures, data structures, algorithms, and cybersecurity.
Ability to deliver secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code with minimal defects.
