Job Title: Front End Developer Location: TechM Pune Hinjewadi Pl.No.04 Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer with a strong background in React.js and TypeScript to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing user facing features, translating UI/UX designs into high quality code, and ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers. A commitment to web accessibility is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop new user facing features using React.js and TypeScript. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high quality code. Build reusable components and front end libraries for future use. Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web capable devices and browsers. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back end developers, and product managers. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in front end development. Strong proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript. Solid understanding of core web technologies: HTML5 & CSS3, CSS 3.0, ECMAScript 6. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Recoil, or Zustand. Familiarity with rest api, asynchronous request handling, and modern authorization mechanisms. Experience with version control tools, preferably Git. Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles. Familiarity with front end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite). Unit testing experience using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, etc. Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices. Preferred Skills: Experience with NextJS, React Hooks, or other SSR frameworks. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Exposure to CI/CD practices and DevOps basics. Knowledge of UI component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS).
