Role Overview

As the Social Media and Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community growth. You’ll also identify, build, and nurture relationships with influencers to amplify our brand voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy:

  Develop, implement, and manage a robust social media strategy aligned with business goals.

• Content Creation:

  Create and curate engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored for different platforms.

• Community Management:

  Monitor, engage, and build meaningful connections with our online audience.

• Influencer Partnerships:

  Identify, approach, and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and visibility.

• Campaign Management:

  Plan, launch, and optimize social media and influencer campaigns for maximum impact.

• Analytics and Reporting:

  Track performance, analyze metrics, and share insights to refine strategies.

• Trendspotting:

  Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content and approach fresh.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  2–4 years in social media management and influencer marketing, ideally in performance marketing or advertising.

• Skills:

  Strong grasp of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and management tools.

• Creativity:

  A flair for creative storytelling and content design with sharp attention to detail.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

• Analytics:

  Ability to interpret social data and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Networking:

  Skilled at building authentic relationships with influencers and collaborators.
