Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects on-site, ensuring proper execution of plans and specifications.
Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site staff, delegating tasks as necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and construction schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on project developments.
Review and approve work schedules and budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures on-site.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
Mentor and train junior engineers and site staff, fostering professional development and encouraging best practices.
Maintain accurate records of all site activities and provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status and challenges.
