Sr. Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to maximize their performance. You will monitor daily inquiries, test drives, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction will be among your top priorities. Additionally, you will manage showroom operations, oversee sales documentation, and train new sales executives. Your role will involve planning and executing local marketing and promotional activities to drive sales. You will also collaborate with Mahindra officials to manage stock and schemes effectively. Analyzing sales reports and implementing improvement strategies based on the data will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Ensuring timely vehicle delivery and collecting customer feedback are essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Moreover, handling escalated customer complaints professionally is key to maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Graduation/PG qualification and possess skills in team leadership, communication, sales management, and operations handling.
