Job Description

Sales Manager Key Responibilities : Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Monitor daily inquiries, test drives, and follow-ups. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Manage showroom operations and sales documentation. Train and guide new sales executives. Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities. Coordinate with Mahindra officials for stock and schemes. Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies. Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer feedback collection. Handle escalated customer complaints professionally. Qualification : Graduation / PG (required) Skills : Team Leadership ,Communication skill , Sales Mangement , Operations handling Location : Karadagadia , Angul Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Experience: Management: 5 years (Preferred) Location: Angul, Orissa (Required) Work Location: In person
