Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and expand distribution and dealer networks across assigned regions
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong B2B customer relationships
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain market leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) for smooth operations
  • Drive performance through planning, forecasting, and regular reporting

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial products
  • Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of channel/distribution sales models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
  • Experience in the

    protective apparel

    or

    PPE

    industry is an advantage
