Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead residential project sales, manage channel partners, and drive business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs)
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to increase lead conversion
• Guide, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for client interactions and site visits
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare regular sales reports for management

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience managing Channel Partner networks
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends
