Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and drive growth in the assigned territory.
  • Manage and support distributor relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure operational efficiency including supply chain coordination, payments, and inventory.
  • Provide technical support and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors; provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Textiles (preferably with chemistry or wet processing specialization).
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in the

    textile chemical

    industry.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and distributor management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; willing to travel within the territory.
