SUNTRIK is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Executive

to join our growing solar team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar sector
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver client solutions
• Keep up with market trends, competitors, and new technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  B.Tech / MBA (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in

  Sales (Solar industry only)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills

• Strong understanding of customer behavior

  and

  market dynamics

• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
