Sr. Sales Executive- Paints

As a Sales Representative for paint products, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects. You will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through field visits and networking. Promoting products through effective demonstrations and providing technical support will be crucial in your role. In addition, you will be responsible for negotiating pricing, credit terms, and closing deals effectively. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will also be part of your duties. It will be essential to provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to track your progress and goals. Collaboration with the supply chain and logistics team will be necessary to ensure timely deliveries of products. You may also be required to conduct product training and promotional activities as needed to support sales efforts. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and provident fund. A performance bonus is also included in the compensation package. The work schedule will involve day shifts and morning shifts, and the work location is in person.
