Our growing industrial business seeks an experienced, motivated sales representative who can quickly absorb & retain product knowledge and own the accountability of the business in the respective region. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in industrial sales with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth. Candidates with prior experience in lubricant sales or prior exposure to cement, mining, and power plant will be given preference. Key responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, generating new business and maintaining existing business. Generate business for our principles - 'Mobil', 'Drager' and 'Rulmeca'. This profile requires excellent communication skills, technical know- how and reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services & products. Major responsibilities for this position include: ● Achieve monthly business targets and ensure consistent pipeline development. ● Regular plant & site visits. Gain a good business relationship with customers to generate more business through a disciplined contact strategy. ● Prepares and deliver sales presentations with technical input to create product/service/solution understanding and awareness. ● Develops value proposition to address customer needs on technical ground. ● Plans, conducts or coordinates technical sales training sessions. ● Formulate plans and timelines to convert opportunities into profitable sales. ● Demonstrate competency in product demonstrations and applications know-how. ● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. ● Utilize CRM systems effectively for reporting, pipeline management, and customer tracking. ● Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights. Skills : ● Proficiency in English and Hindi. ● Excellent knowledge of MS Office and hands-on experience with CRM software. ● Fast learner and passion for technical sales. ● Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented individual. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Industry : Lubricant, Cement, Power, Mining and Industrial Component.
