IT Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Executive with a background in Computer Science and basic coding knowledge to support our IT needs and assist in technical operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with IT troubleshooting, managing software and systems, and providing technical support to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support for software, hardware, and networking issues. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting company systems, applications, and databases. Work on basic coding tasks, automation, and scripting to enhance operational efficiency. Manage CRM tools, cloud applications, and data security protocols. Support the Director's with IT-related tasks, research, and technology implementation. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure needs. Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and system logs. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT. Experience: 2-3 years in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Skills: Basic coding knowledge (Python or scripting languages preferred). Experience with CRM tools and IT systems, preferably Zoho. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Zoho applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, and networking. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
