Sr. Sales Executive

Indian Art is looking to hire a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh . This is a full-time role that involves both field and office work. The primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our Digital Screen Signage solutions (Indoor and Outdoor) to a variety of clients including government bodies, corporates, banks, institutions, and retail businesses. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience, preferably in advertising, digital products, or electronics sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, generating leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking, and presenting our services in a compelling manner. You will prepare proposals and quotations, follow up regularly with clients, and maintain long-term customer relationships. Meeting monthly sales targets is essential. You will also coordinate with our technical and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery, and provide daily reports to the Sales Head or company owner. Candidates must be graduates or have equivalent education, preferably with a marketing background. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are required, along with basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and email. Having your own two-wheeler is preferred for field travel. Key skills include sales and marketing, lead generation, proposal writing, client relationship management, and negotiation. The salary ranges between ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and bonuses. This is a day-shift position requiring a minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
