Sr. Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – EdTech

Location: Bangalore (Field Role, Frequent Travel Required)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Sales, preferably in the EdTech sector and collaboration with schools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key stakeholders across Bangalore.
• Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets through effective lead generation, client meetings, and closures.
• Present EdTech solutions to school management, principals, and decision-makers to ensure product adoption.
• Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with schools for long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions in schools.
• Regularly travel within Bangalore to meet clients, conduct demos, and manage field activities.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to support product and business strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in EdTech or education services.
• Strong network/relationships with schools in Bangalore is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore for client meetings.
• Self-motivated with strong target orientation.

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
