Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for school book publication products.
  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, and teachers to drive business growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Having strong knowledge of the local area, including schools, distributors, and key stakeholders, to drive effective sales efforts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in Educational Sales or related field (Book Publishing).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Same Industry Experience is required.
