Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for school book publication products. Build strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, and teachers to drive business growth. Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions that meet customer needs. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Having strong knowledge of the local area, including schools, distributors, and key stakeholders, to drive effective sales efforts Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in Educational Sales or related field (Book Publishing). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an educational setting. Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Same Industry Experience is required.
