Sr. Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager

As an Area Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Sr. Sales Engineer in the Industrial Products / Heavy Machinery industry, your role will involve marketing Electric Motors, Gear Boxes, Valves, Gears, Pumps, Drives, and Automation devices to industrial buyers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Generating inquiries for the company's products such as A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices, and creating product and brand awareness within the region. - Interfacing directly with OEM Motor customers in your region and actively pursuing a switch from existing brands. - Selecting and appointing suitable dealers and stockists, and implementing Dealer/reseller policies. - Coordinating with the Marketing Manager for product advertising, selecting appropriate advertising media, participating in trade/industrial fairs, designing product literature, and conducting mass marketing activities both offline and online. - Selecting, appointing, and training Representatives and Service engineers, and overseeing their activities. - Collaborating with the Product Engineering Group for new initiatives. - Documenting and managing the inquiry database. - Conducting training and other activities that contribute to organizational growth.
