Sr. Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager

As an Area Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Sr. Sales Engineer in Chhattisgarh within the Industrial Products/Heavy Machinery industry, you will be responsible for marketing Electric Motors, Gear Boxes, Valves, Gears, Pumps, Drives, and Automation devices to industrial buyers. Your primary tasks will include generating inquiries for the company's products, focusing on A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices, and creating product and brand awareness in the region. You will directly engage with OEM Motor customers in the area, diligently following up to encourage them to switch over from existing brands. Additionally, you will play a key role in selecting and appointing suitable dealers and stockists, and implementing Dealer/Reseller policies effectively. Collaboration with the Marketing Manager will be essential for product advertising, choosing appropriate advertising media, participating in trade/industrial fairs, designing product literature, and executing mass marketing activities both offline and online. You will also be involved in selecting, appointing, and training Representatives and Service engineers, overseeing their activities, and coordinating with the Product Engineering Group for new initiatives. Maintaining and managing the inquiry database, as well as engaging in training and other growth-related activities, are integral parts of this role.
