Job description- Corporate Sales Manager (Relocations/Recruitment Sales)

  • Identify and maximize revenue enhancement opportunities on aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Undertake proactive measures to convert potential inquiry into business.
  • Assist in branding and marketing activities at various forums/industry events.
  • Accurately forecast and analyze revenue, profitability, and margins; ensure timely and accurate invoicing; and monitor collections. Business Development
  • Create and manage client pipelines.
  • Create sales pitches/proposals for the full range of recruitment services.
  • Timely follow-up on potential clients through sales visits/calls
  • Create reports on business development activities, opportunity, conversion ratio, and branch sales.
  • Build, sustain, and leverage long-term relationships with key clients to ensure an increase in market share.
  • Providing effective solutions to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating future customer requirements, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience and acting as an SPOC for future business deals.
  • Meeting with HR/Admin in corporates

Preferred candidate profile

Key skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration or a related field, OR
  • A comparable record of sales leadership experience is required.
  • At least three years of sales experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 per week
