Job description Intelegencia is a full-fledged software engineering team registered in Atlanta, GA. We partner with multiple startups and major companies and produce custom software for them. Our clients range from teleconferencing startups to advanced AI/ML product companies. The Manual QA will be located in our PH office and will work closely with our Global offices. As a Manual QA, you will work on a variety of projects. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment and be able to manage individual projects and parallel development. Additionally, the person will work closely with the technology team in all offices to implement projects across clients. Success in the position will require good communication skills, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting abilities. Responsibilities Test Automation Development: Create and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Robot Framework to validate software functionality across our configurable SaaS platform. Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with teams to develop test strategies and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of system configurations. CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and deployment, ensuring rapid feedback on software quality. Defect Management: Identify, track, and report software defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly. Quality Assurance Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices and methodologies, applying them to optimize testing processes and ensure product quality. Able to provide accurate reporting on test status as well as reporting and escalating risks and issues appropriately. Build a testing team with appropriate skills. Required Skills : Background in software development/testing or similar area of expertise. Experience in implementing and designing enterprise software solutions. Experience in using Git in your daily work. Strong knowledge of automated testing in Python and Robot Framework. You are interested in extending your testing know-how and you are not limited to Python. Analytical mind-set and can grasp complex concepts easily. Fluency in English. You can work independently and make appropriate technical decisions.
