Senior Engineer / Engineering Manager Scope & Accountability

As a Senior Engineer / Manager, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining operational reliability across our engineering initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Team Delivery & Velocity

• Own team throughput including estimation accuracy, sprint burn-down, and release readiness.
• Ensure consistent delivery through agile best practices and proactive risk management.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Lead CI/CD strategy and implementation, infrastructure as code, and system monitoring.
• Maintain hybrid cloud environments (Private Cloud & Azure), ensuring scalability and resilience.

Database Architecture

• Govern database schema design and evolution.
• Optimize performance and ensure data integrity across services.

Engineering Standards & Practices

• Define and enforce coding standards, code review policies, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Promote engineering excellence through mentorship and technical leadership.

Model Operations & Runbooks

• Draft and maintain runbooks for:
• Video AI model serving
• NLP pipelines
• Data labeling workflows
• Model operations and lifecycle management

Team Building

• Actively contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.
• Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
