Job Description

Transfer the existing AUA of clients managed by candidate
Maintain and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors
Provide personalized financial advice and investment strategies tailored to clients goals and risk tolerance
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments with clients
Collaborate with the executive team to set review targets and plan of action to acquire AUA and clients
Lead business development efforts to attract new clients and expand the firms market presence
Monitor market trends and economic indicators to make informed investment decisions
Ensure adherence to the firms investment policies and risk management guidelines
Ensure the firms practices comply with SEBI regulations and other relevant legal requirements
Conduct periodic audits and reviews to maintain high standards of regulatory compliance
Implement and monitor internal controls to manage and mitigate risks effectively
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the firms client base and market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients
Network extensively within the industry to build relationships and attract new clients
Create and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote the firms services
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to increase visibility and brand recognition
