Sr. Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager in Sales and Distribution at our organization based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in developing the offline B2B2C channel for our LAS (Loan Against Securities) product. Your responsibilities will include onboarding partners, understanding their needs, and persuading them to collaborate with Abhiloans. You will engage with partners regularly, provide product training, manage campaigns, and participate in networking events to drive business volumes and achieve targets through the onboarded partners. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in distributing financial products, with exposure and understanding of Capital Markets, Loan Against Securities, and Credit Products being highly preferred. Previous work experience with Mutual Fund AMC, Mutual Fund Distributors, Wealth Managers, DSAs, and Share Brokers will be advantageous. Strong written and spoken English skills, effective communication, and presentation abilities are essential. Your pleasant personality and capability to leverage existing contacts and networks in the financial services industry will be valuable assets. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University and report to the Senior Distribution Manager.
