Sr. Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales activities within a specific geographical region. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends will also be a part of your responsibilities. Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers, utilizing cold calling, product demos, and technical sales expertise to drive sales are essential tasks. Monitoring sales performance metrics using Salesforce or similar CRM software, collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns, and implementing effective territory management strategies to maximize sales coverage are key aspects of this role. Qualifications required for this position include proven experience in regional or territory sales management, a strong understanding of retail sales, market dynamics, and software products, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software, demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to travel within the assigned region as needed are also important qualifications.
