Sr Recruitment Consultant/Team Lead (Domain Startup -Product & Tech)

As a Principal Consultant / Team Lead in XL Advisors, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level technology roles. Your responsibilities will include handling stakeholder engagement with founders, CXOs, and HODs, leading and mentoring a recruitment team, setting targets, tracking performance, and driving outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner for clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent. Your role will require you to balance both individual contribution (IC targets) and team delivery responsibilities.
