Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for mid-to-senior level technology roles.
• Handle

  stakeholder engagement

  with founders, CXOs, and HODs.
• Lead and mentor a recruitment team — set targets, track performance, and drive outcomes.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent.
• Balance both

  individual contribution (IC targets)

  and

  team delivery responsibilities.
