Sr Recruiter

As a Recruiter in Hyderabad with over 6 years of experience, your responsibilities will include creating and publishing job ads across various portals. You will be expected to network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and at events. Collaborating with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria for prospective employees is another essential aspect of your role. Screening resumes and job applications, as well as conducting initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates, will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting in-person interviews for a wide range of roles, including junior, senior, and executive positions. Tracking hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and the source of hire will be crucial to your success in this position.
