Sr. Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Hiring Needs:Work with hiring managers to define job roles, required qualifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source Candidates:Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen & Assess:Review resumes and applications to create a shortlist, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage Interview Process:Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and gather feedback on candidates.
• Extend Offers:Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating compensation packages with successful candidates.
• Maintain Records:Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and updated records.
• Build Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
• Stay Updated:Keep abreast of industry recruitment trends, best practices, and market conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,117.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
